What happens between
a logo and a parcel.

No inventory, no minimums, no design round. Four minutes to a live store, then nothing to do until someone buys something — and even then, nothing for you to do.

1  You upload a mark

A PNG, JPEG or WEBP, up to 1.8 MB. A transparent PNG is best. If you give us your website we read it for your colours and type, but your mark decides the palette, not your marketing site — those disagree more often than you would think, and the mark is the thing going on the garment.

2  We photograph your pieces

Four real product photographs are generated with your mark embroidered on the garment. This is the part that takes the time: about two minutes per piece, four pieces, so roughly eight minutes end to end. It is not a mockup and it is not your logo pasted onto a stock photo — it is an edit of a real garment photograph, and it costs us about $1.22 per store to make.

You can close the tab. The build carries on and the link keeps working.

3  Your store goes live on its own address

yourbrand.yoursewn.store, with its own certificate, provisioned automatically. Real cart, real checkout, real order numbers starting at SEWN-XXX-0001. You also get a private dashboard link: live orders, editions remaining, CSV export, and an embed snippet for your own site.

4  Someone buys something

Their card is charged. Only then does anything reach production — a ticket goes to our embroidery partner with the piece, the size, the blank SKU, the thread colour and the exact placement in millimetres. Nothing is bought, embroidered or shipped on an unpaid order. You are not asked for money at any point in this and you never hold stock.

5  It ships

Made and posted direct to the buyer, in the United States, free shipping included in the price. You do not touch it. You get the notification and the order shows up in your dashboard.

The pieces, and why these

AS Colour blanks, embroidered rather than printed. Embroidery is the whole point: a printed tee is a print-shop order, and a printed logo is what makes company merch feel like company merch.

PieceBlankPrice
The CapAS Colour Access Cap 1130$49
The CrewneckAS Colour Supply Crew 5100, 340gsm loopback$96
The TeeAS Colour Staple Tee 5001, 190gsm combed cotton$51
The ToteAS Colour Carrie Tote 1001, heavy canvas$51

Every piece is a numbered run of 100. When a run is gone it is gone, and the number is printed on the card as it sells. Studio and House add colours and pieces beyond these four.

What it costs you

Nothing to start. No setup fee — we absorb the one-time cost of digitising your mark for embroidery, which is a real cost we eat because asking a founder for $100 before they have sold anything is how this stalls. Plans are on the pricing page and the free one is a real store, not a trial.

What we have not solved yet

Two things worth knowing before you build one:
