A real store, free.
Pay when you want more of it.

Every plan is the same machine: your logo, four AS Colour blanks, embroidered and shipped to order. You hold no stock. The plan decides how much of the line your store can sell.

Auto-gifting API — included with Studio and House

Send a real embroidered piece when something happens in your product — a signup, a renewal, a closed deal. One POST and we make it and post it. Every call needs an Idempotency-Key so a retry can never ship twice, a CSV upload always previews before it ships, and nothing goes out at all until you have set a spend cap.

The questions people actually ask

Do I pay anything to start?

No. The free store is a real storefront on your own address with real checkout behind it. There is no setup fee and no card required to build one. We absorb the one-time cost of digitising your mark for embroidery.

How do I upgrade?

In your own store's dashboard, in about ten seconds. You put in a card and the plan changes immediately — there is no call, no quote and nobody at SEWN to wait for. Cancelling is the same, from Stripe, whenever you want.

What does it actually cost you to make?

The part we can put a number on: embroidery is $10.25 a piece at single-unit volume, and $5.00 a piece at a hundred or more. That is why a run of a thousand is not ten times the price of a run of a hundred, and it is most of the reason House exists.

Can I get a sample first?

On the free plan a sample is a normal paid order. On Studio you get a free sample each quarter, and on House samples are unlimited. This is the honest reason the paid plan exists: samples are the single most requested and most expensive thing we do.

What is House actually for?

Volume and pieces outside the core four. Our price ladder runs to 500+ units, so a run of a thousand is priced very differently from a run of a hundred; and pieces like a field jacket or a denim duffel are sourced to order rather than picked off a list. If you are running a merch programme rather than a store, that is the plan.

What happens to my store if I stop paying?

It drops back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: your address, your orders, your dashboard and your four core pieces all stay exactly as they are. The added colours and pieces stop being sellable, and the SEWN badge comes back.

Can I cancel?

Any time, no notice period. Plans are monthly.

Who actually makes the garments?

AS Colour blanks, embroidered by SEWN's production partner and shipped direct to your buyer. Nothing is produced until an order is paid for.
