Four to start, on AS Colour blanks, embroidered rather than printed. Every piece is a numbered run of 100 and the number is on the card as it sells. Free US shipping is in the price.

It is what good tech merch is already quietly made on, and it is checkable — you can look up the 5100 and read the same 340gsm loopback spec we did. We name the style number on every product card and on every production ticket, so the garment your buyer receives is the garment the page described. That sounds like a low bar. It is not one most merch vendors clear.
A printed logo is what makes company merch feel like company merch. Embroidery is the difference between a thing someone wears because they were given it and a thing they wear because they want to. It also survives a wash, which a plastisol chest print does not.
Each piece carries a written placement — width in millimetres, measured down from a named seam — generated per order rather than interpreted by whoever is on the machine.
A free store launches in the natural shade we photograph: Bone on the cap, tee and tote, Ecru on the crewneck. Those are AS Colour's own names, and they are on the card because they are what your buyer actually receives — the 5100 does not come in Bone, so we do not sell one.
Studio adds the full colour range and more of the line, including the hoodie. House opens the whole AS Colour catalogue and lets us cut pieces specifically with you. See the plans.
Every piece is made for one buyer after they pay for it, so there are no returns or exchanges for change of mind or size. The only honest mitigation for that is real measurements, so the garment measurements are one tap away on every product card and again at checkout — not buried on a policy page. Shipping & Returns has the full rule, including what happens when we get it wrong, which is that we remake it.
